Last winter, I discovered the magical relief of soaking in Epsom salt. My legs were getting increasingly sensitive to shaving which was turning into a nightmare. I was switching razors and trying a variety of different shaving creams and methods to no avail. Also, the ingredients of Epsom salt are different from what you find in bath salts, dead sea salt, or other salts. A box or bag easy to keep on hand because it is so inexpensive. I buy a big bag at CVS and stock up when they have a sale (2 for $12). One 6-pound bag lasts me about 2-3 weeks. Simply dissolve 2 cups in a warm bath and voila – let the healing begin.
