Last winter, I discovered the magical relief of soaking in Epsom salt. My legs were getting increasingly sensitive to shaving which was turning into a nightmare. I was switching razors and trying a variety of different shaving creams and methods to no avail. I really wanted natural ingredients (such as coconut oil) to be the solution but really, nothing was working. It was during this trial-and-error phase of my beauty routine that I came across Epsom salt as a healthy benefit for my skin. There was no looking back after that!

I started adding a couple of scoops to a bath and it worked miracles on more than just my poor sweet legs. I found that if I woke up in the morning with a little too much anxiety going through my body, a short soak was a great cure as well. At that point, I had to share.

I love using DrTeals Epsom salt! It comes in so many varieties. I once sprained my ankle horribly while doing taekwondo ?. Everyone I talked to said to soak in Epsom salt and also alternate heat and cold 20 min each. The first time I soaked my ankle in Epsom salt it tingles and relaxed. It was the most amazing and soothing feeling I’ve experienced! I like to use kind of a lot in a bath. I will use about three hanfulls . My favorite scents are chamomile and eucalyptus spearmint. I’m excited for the moisturizing avocado oil I just got. I love this article and the information about the magnesium. That’s something I never knew before!
Totally doing this tonight. Ahhhh… I’m feeling better already.
