  1. I love using DrTeals Epsom salt! It comes in so many varieties. I once sprained my ankle horribly while doing taekwondo ?. Everyone I talked to said to soak in Epsom salt and also alternate heat and cold 20 min each. The first time I soaked my ankle in Epsom salt it tingles and relaxed. It was the most amazing and soothing feeling I’ve experienced! I like to use kind of a lot in a bath. I will use about three hanfulls . My favorite scents are chamomile and eucalyptus spearmint. I’m excited for the moisturizing avocado oil I just got. I love this article and the information about the magnesium. That’s something I never knew before!
