Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat

Our first show, Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, breaks down the 4 essential parts of any good recipe. The best Netflix cooking shows take you into the kitchen and give you simple instruction. Samin Nosrat, the show’s host, travels to 4 countries that showcase one of these ingredients in their local recipes. View ingredients through the eyes of a chef as she visits local markets and kitchens in Italy, Japan, and the Yucatán.
