If you’re running low on the radar and want to avoid a coffee crash, try green tea. Everyone seems to be baking with it, or throwing it in ice cream. Personally, I love it warm and with a little almond milk. I got on a Yerba Mate kick late last year and it still hits the spot. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients. Give your body a boost and enjoy doing so with every sip.

Flower Power Sleep
If you’re wanting the opposite effect, give chamomile tea a try. Chamomile is an herb that originates from a blooming plant from the daisy gang. It’s known to help soothe sensitive stomachs and is generally used as a sleep aide. It also has antiseptic properties which can help clear up skin problems, too.
Got a Cold?
If the sniffles get a hold of you, aim for a cup of Elderflower. Elderflower is comprised of several essential vitamins, including Vitamin A, the B-1, B-2, and B-3 complex, and Vitamin C. It’s got warm, floral notes and is very sweet. Remember all of the benefits of honey? It’s perfect paired with a teaspoon of honey to help fight that cold away. Ginger herbal tea is probably my second most favorite. I love the spiciness of the tea and it really does help calm an upset stomach. High levels of Vitamin C, magnesium and other minerals makes this tea super healthy. This tea is also known to boost your metabolism, so many people drink it as part of a diet regime. Ugh, I hate the feeling of bloating. It’s nice to have a cup of peppermint tea to take care of that issue. A natural stomach healer, peppermint is delicious and refreshing.
